Refunds

All purchases are considered final. We do not facilitate returns or exchanges. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, we bear no responsibility for packages lost due to inaccuracies in shipping addresses provided during checkout.It is highly important that our customers double check their addresses before placing an order. 

Package concerns: 

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly via email within a 4 day period.  We grant our customers a 4 day delivery period to inspect their package and notify us of any issues with their order. 

Failure to contact us within this time-frame will result in our inability to address the concern.
